Gohan, Piccolo, Tien) catch up to gods like Goku and Vegeta now (without becoming gods themselves)? We waited 17 years for this? I haven't read the manga, but someone please tell me it gets better from here? Is the next villain also Beerus level (universe destroying) in strength? How the hell do the other characters (e.g. Super Saiyan 4 was the ultimate transformation and the conditions to achieve the form made more sense (the super saiyan ape transformation corresponded with the depiction of the 'original super saiyan'). The power-scaling in GT was much better, imo. The whole Golden Frieza fight had no suspense in at all because there were 4 people there capable of destroying him. All villains from now on must be Beerus level in strength. They removed what made DBZ great (imo) and that's the journey that the characters went through to achieve their super saiyan forms. They just held hands and poof! Goku became a god? To obtain power rivalling that of Beerus and become a literal 'God' himself, all Goku had to do was participate in some BS ritual with other super saiyans? That's it!? There's no training involved? It wasn't triggered by emotions (like when Goku witnessed Krillin's murder at the hands of Frieza). He also toyed around with Buu, who's one of the universe's strongest. Beerus, is the revered God of Destruction, and has the power to destroy a planet with the snap of his fingers.
